Why $500 a month

The smallest line in the deal, guarding the biggest risk

You'll spend far more getting to closing. Inherit protects what all of it paid for.

$8,000 to $30,000

A quality of earnings report

It checks that the profits are real. Inherit helps you keep them, and three months of it cost less than the cheapest report.

$10,000 or more

Legal fees to close the deal

They protect what's on paper. Inherit protects what isn't: the relationships, habits and rules only the seller knows.

One customer

Kept, instead of lost

Keep a single customer who would have drifted after the handover, and Inherit has paid for itself. Try your own numbers below.

Pricing questions

How does Inherit make money?

Monthly subscriptions from buyers. We don’t sell data, take a cut of the deal, or charge lenders and brokers. The business’s data is never used to train AI models.

When do I pay?

Monthly, from the day you start the workspace, for as long as the seller’s interviews are running. Cancel anytime.

What if the seller’s agreement is short?

You only pay for the months you use. The highest-stakes questions go first, so even a short handover covers what matters most.

What happens when the seller leaves?

Move to the Knowledge base plan to keep the manual, or export it and close the workspace.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding, consent templates and the first read of the records are included.
